Refund policy
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, cancellation may be possible subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the customer requests re-delivery, an additional flat shipping fee of $9.99 CAD will apply.
All sales are final. However, customers may request changes to their order, including adding or removing items, before the order has been shipped.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We make every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our products. However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify product pricing, update product descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Candy hubs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers.
During warm weather conditions, chocolate products may soften or melt during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any heat-related damages that occur during shipping.
